Amanda is excited for the opportunity to serve as the PSO President. She has a wonderful husband and three beautiful children who all attend John Adams Academy. The classical education along with the appreciation of our national heritage was a big draw for her when she began her journey to help build community interest for our school. In her free time Amanda enjoys baking, swimming, and the beach. She is grateful her family has the opportunity to learn at such an amazing school. She looks forward to helping serve our school and working with the wonderful families and staff.

Michelle Zierman- Treasurer
My name is Michelle Zierman and this is our second year being part of the JAA family. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found a school offering classical education in our community. We have a second, fourth and sixth grader attending JAA. My husband, Rock, is very blessed to serve an Association that is very active in California’s political activities and is very grateful to have our children attend a school that focuses on leadership skills that honor our great country. I am grateful that I get to stay home and help our kids in all the day to day activities.
Rachel is a stay-at-home mom to four children, all of which now attend John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills. With her youngest now at JAA, she is excited to have the time and flexibility to serve in her community. After moving to Utah, SF Bay Area, Tokyo, and the Santa Cruz Mountains with her family, she is happy to be back in El Dorado County where she grew up. She and her husband love the growth her children have made during their time at JAA educationally and as servant-leaders. She looks forward to contributing directly to the success of the school and its scholars.
Rebecca is excited and grateful for her family to begin their third year at John Adams Academy, El Dorado Hills. John Adams Academy has fulfilled and exceeded many of Rebecca and her husband Rob’s hopes and goals for what their children’s education would be. In the contagious spirit of servant leadership, she is happy for the opportunity to serve as Secretary on the PSO Board this year, and is committed to helping enhance the experience of the scholars and families of John Adams Academy through her work. Her favorite way to spend her time is with her husband and three children, but she is also a certified Natural Foods Chef who loves plant based cooking and healthy living. She also enjoys running, gardening, paddle-boarding, baking, art and decorating. Rebecca is looking forward to a wonderful school year.
